Knowledge Circle Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to support the comprehensive development of transitional societies in Southeast Asia. We train community and NGO leaders on development management and civil society development. We conducts research studies through Young Scholar Forum, a virtual network of young scholars and professionals working on wide range of policy challenges facing Asia.

Established as an independent think-tank, the foundation has been contributing policy inputs to the governments, tile grassroots and political leaders and international organizations working particularly in Burma/Myanmar.
